Welcome to Trinity's Upward Basketball and Cheerleading program, where children learn basketball in a fun, caring,
Christian atmosphere. We currently have over 300 children participating on 37 teams/squads.
In Upward Basketball, it's not about the score... It's about having a great time with friends, enjoying great fellowship,
and becoming a better basketball player.
At halftime of every practice and game, players participate in a devotional given by dedicated coaches and volunteers.
Trinity's goal is to be a model of what youth sports should be:
A place where children become better athletes in a positive environment free from undue pressure.
Registration for our '04-05 season will begin on October 11, 2004. The early registration deadline is November
5th. After that, there is a $10 late fee until the final deadline on November 11th.
Registration fee for this year is $80 and includes uniform. This cost includes shorts for basketball
and mock turtlenecks for cheerleaders (optional at additional cost last year).
You must use an Upward registration form to register. These are not available online, but can be picked
up at Trinity U.M.C. on or after October 11th.
