To register for a program, please complete a registration form and send it to us. Checks should be made out to Trinity UMC. You will find a printable registration form below.

Please Note:  Upward Basketball registration forms are different from our other programs. You must use an Upward form, which is available in the Trinity main office or in the Family Life Center.
